Welcome to Affiliate Credo. This document constitutes a Public Offer Agreement (“Agreement”) between:
Seller / Service Provider: FOP Kamentsov Hennadii Petrovych, registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs of Ukraine (Reg. №20690000000009696), taxpayer on the simplified taxation system.
Customer / User: any person who accepts this Public Offer.
By purchasing access to any course on https://affiliatecredo.com, you agree to these Terms of Service without modification. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase the course.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Service Provider grants the Customer full access to SEO training courses hosted on the website https://affiliatecredo.com, including all educational materials, upon payment.
1.2. Currently, the following courses are available:
“How to Turn Expired Domains into GOLD”
“Parasite SEO Scaling: Free Platforms”
1.3. Payment for the course grants lifetime access to all lessons and modules of the selected course.
1.4. The Service Provider maintains the platform, provides technical support, and updates course materials.
1.5. No additional or hidden payments are required.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Service Provider agrees to:
Provide full access to course materials after payment.
Maintain and update course content.
Protect the Customer’s personal data and not disclose it to third parties without consent (except as required by law).
The Customer agrees to:
Pay for the course according to these Terms.
Not share login credentials or redistribute course materials.
Comply with platform usage rules.
The Customer has the right to:
Access internal support channels (including WhatsApp group for students).
Receive course updates and support.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. “Parasite SEO Scaling: Free Platforms” course price: 2800 UAH (with available coupon discounts).
3.2. “How to Turn Expired Domains into GOLD” course price: 2400 UAH (Basic) and 2800 UAH (Premium).
3.3. Payment is made via LiqPay or other authorized payment methods.
3.4. Access is granted automatically after successful payment.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. All payments are final and non-refundable once access to the course has been granted, as the Customer immediately receives access to intellectual property (video and written modules).
4.2. If technical failures on the Service Provider’s side prevent course access for more than 7 calendar days in a row, the Customer may submit a written refund request.
4.3. Each refund case is reviewed individually within 14 business days of submission.
4.4. Refunds are made only in exceptional cases and at the discretion of the Service Provider.
5. Termination of the Agreement
5.1. The Agreement may be terminated according to applicable law.
5.2. Unilateral termination by the Customer does not entitle the Customer to a refund.
5.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate access in case of violation of these Terms (e.g., content sharing, unauthorized distribution).
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All course content, including video, text, visuals, and structure, is the intellectual property of Affiliate Credo and is protected by Ukrainian and international copyright law.
6.2. The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
6.3. Redistribution, resale, copying, or making course content publicly available without permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Personal Data & Privacy
7.1. The Service Provider collects and processes only the minimum required personal data: name, email, phone, and payment details.
7.2. Personal data is used exclusively to provide services and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
7.3. By accepting these Terms, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1. All services are provided “as is” without any guarantees of achieving specific results.
8.2. The Customer understands that the result depends on their actions, efforts, and application of the knowledge gained.
8.3. The Service Provider is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
9.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
9.2. All disputes are to be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in Ukrainian courts under applicable law.
9.3. Arbitration location: Kyiv, Ukraine.
